This is Braxton, and he the latest of our very, very young clients. I am having fun photographing babies and expecting moms during the winter, when wedding photography is in its offseason.  Below are also some maternity photos from Braxton's mom and dad, not long ago when Braxton was yet to be born!  Think of this as a "before and after" blog.  I also photographed the wedding of Donnie and Michelle. Donne + Michelle: wedding teaser

You may think that when I don't blog much in a given month, that I am not too busy. Actually it's the opposite! September is always my busiest month, by far. The wedding of Donnie and Michelle took place earlier this month, and I am posting just a couple teaser photos here today. I will blog more in the near future. They had a beautiful outdoor wedding, complete with a heavy downpour of rain right before the ceremony was to start! I think it made things all the better, because it cleared right up, and the sun came out. The rain actually cooled things off a little. One photo below is Michelle's father as he looks out from the porch of the bridal quarters, and suddenly three guests came running in from the parking lot, wearing paper bags for rain gear. I love it! The wedding was at the beautiful Carnton Plantation in Franklin, TN. Donnie and Michelle had a very beautiful ceremony. I'm glad I was there.

I had a great time downtown with Donnie and Michelle when I shot their engagement photos. They will be married in early September at Carnton Plantation.
