Tommy + Brittney wedding in Paris

I love to tell people I shot a wedding in Paris. Yes it's true, however, it's Paris, TN. It's a quaint town with a beautiful city square. Yes, even a small Eiffel tower.

Brittney and Tommy were married two days ago from the time I write this late night blog. A beautiful church, a beautiful bride, and a twist on the usual. Brittney and Tommy elected to have a "first look" moment, and photo op. Departing from the tradition of not laying eyes on each other before the ceremony, we were able to catch some great moments of this bride and groom sharing some special moments alone before the wedding took place. Nice touch!

I will be posting more photos soon, but for now, this should give you a little taste of the day. Enjoy the photos! (Click on any photo to enlarge it. It will have much more impact)

Tony + Elizabeth wedding

Liz and Tony had a big day.....on their "big day", without a doubt. Lots of grandeur, space, and one amazing reception.

Elizabeth looked like a princess that day, and that was the general consensus that was echoed all around. What a great looking wedding party altogether. We spent time photographing everyone at 3 different locations. First, the hotel, for "getting ready" shots, and some portraits. Then off to the grand church for the ceremony. Finally, we departed for a new venue in town, the Noah Liff Opera Center. Great location for a reception!

We had a full day of shooting for sure, and I'll be recovering for a few days! (I'm guessing the same for my second shooter, Shellene Kent) Yes, wedding photography can be a lot of work, but what a great way to spend energy, doing what you love and capturing memories for a new family! Gotta love it. Thanks Liz, Tony, and all the great family and friends I met.
I will add another few photos here in a day or two. Check back soon.

Branden + Rachel wedding in KY.

Yesterday's wedding in Hopkinsville, KY was amazing. Branden and Rachel had a lot of originality in their wedding plans, and it really worked well. Modern music, summer colours, fun venue, and a very large, lively crowd. Kudos to the new couple, and to great wedding guests!

My 2nd shooter for the day, Shellene Kent, was on hand to help me cover all the angles and details that I couldn't catch. (It's hard to be everywhere at once. Well, impossible)

Enjoy the "teaser" photos everyone. I'll be placing a few more on here through the next couple days. Keep checking back!
