You may think that when I don't blog much in a given month, that I am not too busy. Actually it's the opposite! September is always my busiest month, by far. The wedding of Donnie and Michelle took place earlier this month, and I am posting just a couple teaser photos here today. I will blog more in the near future.
They had a beautiful outdoor wedding, complete with a heavy downpour of rain right before the ceremony was to start! I think it made things all the better, because it cleared right up, and the sun came out. The rain actually cooled things off a little.
One photo below is Michelle's father as he looks out from the porch of the bridal quarters, and suddenly three guests came running in from the parking lot, wearing paper bags for rain gear. I love it!
The wedding was at the beautiful Carnton Plantation in Franklin, TN. Donnie and Michelle had a very beautiful ceremony. I'm glad I was there.

Elizabeth + Tony engagement at The Factory

Elizabeth and Tony wanted to shoot their engagement photos in Franklin, TN. We went out to our chosen location, The Factory. Built in 1929, this old factory has been restored and remodeled into a beautiful place full of shops, businesses and theatres. Liz and Tony will be married this year on the 12th of June, and yes, I'll be there!
We also drove just a few minutes from The Factory into downtown Franklin, a town full of charm, antiquities, old and modern beauty. We had a great time shooting, and so did their little energetic Yorkie, Mason!

I spotted this little old utility room that is not in use......until now....
